  • We recommend booking our services immediately after you’ve booked your rental property. Groups who wait to book may find that their ideal setup time is not available, or the theme they want may be sold out. If you do not see your preferred date/time when booking, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate!

  • Items listed cannot be removed from an existing package, but you may add-on to any package. We will try to accommodate any requests that are not outlined on our website so please don’t hesitate to ask!

  • Yes! We offer a “create your own” option for an additional fee if our themes do not align with your bachelorette vision.

  • We ask for 90 minutes before your rental check-out time to come and deconstruct the backdrop and collect any remaining decor/rental items. In an effort to respect your privacy and shorten our time spent at your house, we would appreciate your assistance with gathering all decor and rental items in a bride suite decor items in a central location.

    We will take care of the rest!

  • Full payment is due at the time of booking. Full payment includes the package price and a $500 deposit.

  • Please handle all rental items with care. In the event that rental items, as listed in your invoice, are missing or damaged, you are financially responsible for replacing the damaged items or will be charged the replacement cost. $500 will be collected as your deposit at the time of booking. In the instance that the damages exceed your deposit, you will be responsible for any additional charges. If there are no damages, we will gladly return your deposit within 14 days of the end of your event via check and US Mail.

  • If you do not have an Airbnb address you may still book our services. When you submit your booking request, please put “TBD” in the address section with a link of your suspected location. This will give us a general sense of where the house is located for planning purposes.

  • We ask for about 90 minutes to complete setup.

  • Depending on the party and rental property, we can set up before you arrive as long as your host allows us to go into the house.

    We can also decorate while your party is out for food or a fun activity. Or you are welcome to be home as well! We don’t mind :)

    Regardless of when setup is, we need 90 minutes to complete the job.

  • You do not have to be present for either. If you are not present, please give us the address and entry information and we will let ourselves in. When we leave, we will lock up and follow the rental property’s protocol.

  • 100% of the package price plus the deposit (minus the service fee) will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 60 days before the event. 

    50% of the package price and the deposit (minus the service fee) will be refunded if cancellation occurs at least 30 days before the event. 

    No refund will be given if cancellation occurs less than 30 days before the event.

    If you need to move your services to a new date, you may do so with no fee, subject to availability.
